Un dépôt non remboursable 30% est requis lors de la confirmation. Solde à payer 2 semaines avant la date d'arrivée. Si le solde n'est pas payé à la date d'échéance, nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler la réservation et de prélever des frais d'annulation conformément à notre politique d'annulation.

Coûts additionnels

Le coût de l'électricité, l'eau courante, le nettoyage, les fournitures de jardin, Internet et les taxes locales sont inclus dans les tarifs de location. Il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires, de suppléments, de taxes, de salaires du personnel ou de frais de gestion supérieurs au prix indiqué. Si les informations contenues dans l'un de ces éléments sont incohérentes, les conditions les plus récentes prévaudront.
Les frais téléphoniques internationaux et les frais d'approvisionnement seront à votre charge. Les pourboires pour le personnel de maison sont encouragés et normaux, mais sont laissés à votre entière discrétion.

Confirmation de la réservation

Confirmation details with reservation code, contact details of the Owner or Owner’s Representative, transfer arrangements and other agreed extra services will be sent to you in a reservation confirmation e-mail when the deposit is received. This e-mail, along with your passport, need to be presented upon arrival.

Dommages ou pertes

Veuillez considérer l'hôtel Artheo comme votre maison et laisser la maison et tout son contenu en bon état et dans un état de propreté acceptable.
Any damage or losses caused during the Rental Period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be your responsibility and may be charged to your account and deducted from the security deposit. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the Rental Period, the Owner or Owner’s Representative may require you and your party, including visitors to vacate the hotel immediately, without compensation or refund.

Accès

The Artheo Hotel and its facilities are available for your full enjoyment during the Rental Period. However the Owner, Owner’s Representative, or other staff may need access to the hotel from time to time (e.g. for maintenance purposes to the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities and services, or for the purposes of providing additional services requested by you, etc.). You are required to give us reasonable access to the hotel for these purposes.

Nombre d'invités

Le nombre de personnes (adultes et enfants) séjournant à l'hôtel ne doit pas dépasser le nombre maximum de places de couchage indiqué dans l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation, sauf autorisation expresse et écrite. Le dépassement de ce nombre peut invalider toute police d'assurance de l'hôtel. L'entrée ou l'accès à l'hôtel peut être refusé ou limité lorsque le nombre d'invités dépasse le nombre requis. Les animaux ne sont pas admis sauf accord écrit préalable.

Utilisation de l'hôtel Arthéo

Toutes les réservations sont supposées être uniquement à des fins de vacances normales, et vous acceptez que l'utilisation de l'hôtel Artheo soit limitée à cette fin, sauf confirmation écrite contraire.
Si vous prévoyez d'organiser un événement, tel qu'un mariage ou une fête, qui implique d'avoir un plus grand nombre de personnes à l'hôtel, ou si vous prévoyez d'utiliser l'hôtel à des fins autres que les vacances, veuillez nous en informer à l'adresse au moment de la réservation, car une approbation ou des arrangements spéciaux peuvent être requis. Selon la nature de l'événement, un supplément et/ou un dépôt de garantie supplémentaire peuvent être exigés, qui seront convenus et confirmés par écrit avant de confirmer la réservation. Il n'est pas toujours possible d'accorder une autorisation pour certaines utilisations ou activités.

Conduite et diligence

The Artheo Hotel is located in quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask you to respect this, and ensure that all guests and visitors to the hotel behave appropriately. Illegal or immoral activities including gambling, prostitution, prohibited drugs, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms and other weapons are all strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the behavior of the guests and/or visitors to the hotel during the Rental Period. Should any guest(s) or visitor(s) not behave in a suitable manner, the Owner or Owner’s Representative may, in their absolute discretion, require you and your party and/or visitor(s) to leave the premises and/or vacate the hotel immediately, without compensation or refund.
In the interests of safety, due care should be taken at the hotel at all times, especially with children. Suitable supervision should be given around pool, Jacuzzi, gym, beaches and roads, and when using all hotel’s facilities.

Objets de valeur et sécurité

Any your valuables or property left or used at the Artheo Hotel are at your own risk. Neither the Owner nor the Owner’s Representative accepts any responsibility for loss of or damage to your property. You are responsible for the hotel during the Rental Period, and must ensure that all windows and doors are locked securely when not on the premises. Any act or omission by you, your party and/or visitors which may negate or prejudice the hotel’s insurance policy and/or results in loss or damage is your responsibility.

Fluctuation des prix

Modifications

Une fois la confirmation de réservation émise par nos soins, des frais de 50 euros s'appliqueront à chaque modification apportée. Nous ferons de notre mieux pour tenir compte de tout amendement raisonnable, mais vous devez savoir que certains changements peuvent ne pas être possibles.
Veuillez noter que ces politiques de modification s'appliquent aux périodes de réservation régulières. Des conditions de modification spéciales peuvent s'appliquer pour la haute saison et la haute saison et seront indiquées dans l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation. Si les informations contenues dans l'un de ces éléments sont incohérentes, les conditions les plus récentes prévaudront.
Dans le cas peu probable où nous ne serions pas en mesure, pour quelque raison que ce soit (y compris la vente d'une propriété et un cas de force majeure) de vous fournir l'hôtel Artheo que vous avez réservé, nous nous réservons le droit de vous transférer, vous et votre groupe, dans un autre hôtel du même type. et la valeur, en consultation avec vous. Si le prix de l'hôtel substitué est inférieur à la réservation initiale, la différence vous sera remboursée. Plaintes

Every attempt will be made for you to have an enjoyable stay. If you should have a problem during the Rental Period, please inform the Owner or Owner’s Representative immediately who will endeavor to put things right. Should the Owner’s Representative not address your problem satisfactorily, please contact the Owner promptly. In order for your complaint to be addressed, you must communicate any problem whilst on location. If no complaint is reported during the Rental Period, we will assume that the Artheo Hotel was to your satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained.

The Artheo Hotel’s descriptions, assessments and/or ratings that we publish or give to you are provided in good faith and in the belief that they are accurate based on the latest facts. Where we refer to ratings of the Artheo Hotel by third parties, these ratings are for information purposes only and we will not be held responsible for any reliance placed on these ratings.

Neither the Owner nor the Owner’s Representative accepts any responsibility or liability for:
toute blessure physique, maladie, décès, perte, dommage, inconvénient ou dépenses supplémentaires encourus par vous, votre groupe ou vos visiteurs, quelle qu'en soit la cause,
any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle used, hired or engaged by you or your party during the Rental Period, inability of you or any member of your party to enter the location of the hotel or stay at the hotel for all or part of the Rental Period as a result of failure to obtain appropriate travel or visa documentation, cancellation or amendments to travel arrangements or the missing of flights or travel connections, and/or any delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, strike, demonstration, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or any technical, structural, electrical, plumbing or other problems or difficulties with the Artheo Hotel which make it unsafe or unusable, or any other circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God, or other events beyond the Owner’s control.
In no case will the Owner or the Owner’s Representative individually or collectively be liable to make any payment or give any refund or compensation of any amount over and above the total rental amount paid.

Juridiction

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Greece. In the event of controversy arising from the booking and hotel rental that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties, both parties agree to exclusively refer the matter to the Heraklion’s Arbitrate to be resolved in the Greek language.

4. Contrat d'hébergement et paiement

Faire une réservation
If you want to make a booking after your availability search, you will have to fill in personal details about you and your credit card details. The credit card details are required to guarantee your booking, the charges will be made by the hotel. If you are logged in to your account the personal details will be pre-filled. By clicking the button “Confirm registration. Charged upon arrival” you make a binding offer to book the selected room. Prior to making the booking, i.e. prior to clicking the button, you can identify any errors in the data you have provided directly on the website and correct them by clicking “edit” next to the hotel and room description.

Every booking offer you make will be forwarded to the corresponding hotel and any messages from the hotel to you, particularly the confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you via Design Hotels™ as carrier of the message. Design Hotels shall have a relationship with you and the hotel only as an independent third party and shall not be a partner, trustee, representative or sub-contractor either for you or the hotel. Also, the hotel shall not be a sub-contractor or vicarious agent of Design Hotels™. As soon as you receive the booking confirmation from the hotel via the Design Hotels™ reservation system, you have entered into a contract with the hotel and the booking is binding. You will receive a customer booking reference number together with the confirmation of your booking. The use of the Design Hotels™ reservation system is free of charge for you. Bookings are not transferable to any other person and can not be transferred or exchanged for cash or credit.

Annulations
Vous n'avez pas de droit légal de rétractation d'une réservation conformément à la Sec. 312 g para 2 non. 9 du Code civil allemand (BGB).

However, a hotel may voluntarily offer a right to cancel or change a booking for selected offers in the Design Hotels™ reservation system. Any such right will be displayed in the order form before you make your order. Where a hotel voluntarily grants such right to cancel or to change a booking in the Design Hotels™ reservation system, any such changes and cancellations have to be carried out via the Design Hotels™ online system or via the Design Hotels™ reservation number (see www.designhotels.com) to be fully effective. In case of a change or cancellation carried out directly at the hotel, Design Hotels™ cannot provide any information concerning possible discrepancies concerning the date of the cancellation or the fact of cancellation as such.

- In case of intent or gross negligence on part of Design Hotels™ or by its agents or vicarious agents in performance Design Hotels™ shall be liable according to the provisions of applicable law. The same applies in case of breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation that must be fulfilled to enable the correct execution of the agreement and which the customer may usually trust and may trust that it will be fulfilled); however, to the extent such breach was unintentionally Design Hotels™ liability shall be limited to typical damages foreseeable under the contract.

- Design Hotels™ liability for culpable damage to life, body or health as well as our liability under the Product Liability Act shall remain unaffected.

- Any liability not expressly provided for above shall be disclaimed. Particularly Design Hotels™ disclaims any liability for the reproduction of this website through a third party website or access to this website obtained through a third party website or any user’s home page, which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or limitations and conditions on the room rates and products offered through this website

If you act as a consumer and have entered into a contract while residing in another country, the application of mandatory law of such country shall not be affected by the previous sentence.

If you are a trader or an entity of public law, the competent courts in Berlin shall have jurisdiction for all disputes. Design Hotels™ shall, however, also be entitled to sue you at your general venue.

9. Divers
